Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement.

Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Agency Brand Aware to charge your selected payment method for all recurring fees until your subscription is canceled.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

Free Trials

Certain software products or subscription services may include a 7-day free trial.

The purpose of the trial is to allow you to fully evaluate the platform before becoming a paying subscriber.

If you choose not to continue after the trial period, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid recurring charges.

Once a paid subscription begins, it becomes subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

 

Refund Policy

Because Agency Brand Aware provides digital products, consulting services, marketing services, software access, and customized solutions, all sales are generally final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Digital products

• Downloadable resources

• Consulting services

• Marketing services already performed

• Subscription fees already billed

• Completed design or creative work

Boutique AI Services

Certain Boutique AI Services include an initial setup fee.

If you request cancellation within the first 30 days of service, you may be eligible for a refund of your subscription payment less the applicable setup fee.

If your setup fee was waived as part of a promotional offer, the standard setup fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Costs incurred for third-party communication services—including text messaging, email delivery, phone usage, and similar usage-based charges—are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the client.

 

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days.

To avoid future billing, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next renewal date.

If notice is received less than 30 days before renewal:

• Your subscription will be canceled.

• No additional renewals will occur after the current billing period.

• Payments already processed are not refundable.

You may continue using your subscribed services through the end of your paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
